Refund Policy
Short version: we refund a list that falls short. We do not refund the outcome of your outreach, because the yes is between you and the preceptor and nobody can sell that.
Name packs and refills
A pack or refill is refunded in full if it returns fewer than 25 valid contacts in your specialty and area. A valid contact is a clinician record that matches the filters you set and has a working practice phone number or practice address. Ask within 14 days of the purchase. We may first offer a replacement list with a wider radius or additional license types; if you would rather have the money back, you get the money back.
Program pass
A pass is refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if you have unlocked no more than one batch of 30 names. After that the pass is not refundable, because the value is delivered as names are unlocked over time. A renewal charge is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date and have not unlocked names in the new term; cancelling before the renewal date avoids the charge altogether. If your program ends early or you withdraw, write to us and we will work something out; we would rather be fair than technically right.
Program seats
Program purchases follow the order form signed with the program.
What is not refunded
- A list that met the standard above but did not produce a yes. We are sorry when that happens, and the next 30 names are better than the first because every logged outcome improves the ranking.
- Names already unlocked beyond the windows above.
- Accounts closed for breaking the Terms of Service.
How to ask
Email hello@preceptorscout.com from the address on your account with the word Refund in the subject line and the rotation request it concerns. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute freezes the account while it is investigated, and we resolve nearly every refund request faster than a bank does.
